Listening Activities from our Textooks

The audio from the Listening/Speaking textbook is available on the CELOP media server, which means that you can reach them from your apartments, dorms or even from your home countries. Note that the correct answers are in the back of the textbook. The login is my name and the password is the name of our institution.

The sound files from the Grammar textbook are available as well, but only in the MLL. Look on the dock at the bottom of your monitor and look for a link to "Textbook Audio".

You can create your own page by clicking on the "New Page"button above

You can learn to edit a WIKI by playing in the SandBox - go ahead

You can edit any page, including this one, just by clicking "Edit" above. Go ahead, try it, but not during lab time, because only one person can edit at a time.

For example, you can upload music and listen to it in the WIKI. Here New England is a song by Jonathan Richman, a local singer/songwriter, about Boston's financial zone. If you are interested here are lyrics (words) to the song.
